Today’s session was all about nailing the auto conversation and showing how to build value, connect with the customer, and close with confidence using a multi-option approach. The focus was on asking the right questions to uncover needs, letting the customer feel in control, and keeping the conversation natural. The key takeaway? Don’t just sell on price—build trust, find common ground, and give them a reason to choose you. The more you focus on value and offer solid options, the better your results will be.
